Partnering is an integral part of ERBI's annual conference
Meetings are typically held on the Friday, although we can schedule meetings on the Wednesday and Thursday if necessary.
Each year, the number of agreed meetings increases as more and more delegates see the value of pre-arranging meetings. From 200 one to one's in 2004, activity has grown to 900 agreed meetings in 2007 - and the numbers are expected to rise again for 2008. Organising that number of meetings is pain free because we have been teamed up with EBD Group, the world's leading provider of partnering services and software for four years. Using EBD's partneringONE™ software, which is industry specific and web based, you can log in anytime to plan your own agenda as well as pre-arrange your one to one meetings. We only schedule meetings that have been accepted by both parties, so there are no surprises on the day.
When you register you will be given password-only access to the partnering pages of the event website. After that, you will need to follow 6 simple steps in order to make your partnering experience successful. If you have any questions regarding partnering, please contact our partnering administrator at partnering@erbi.co.uk
| 1 | Post your Profile | Start by completing your partnering profile – this is a brief summary about your organisation and your product or service. |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | Search and Request | During the week commencing 24 March, we will launch the "search and request" facility. This enables you to browse the profiles of all the other delegates and submit meeting requests the people you want to meet. |
| 3 | Your availability | Please let us know when you are free to attend partnering meetings, so we only schedule meetings when you are available. |
| 4 | Track responses | You need to log-in regularly to monitor responses to your requests, and to check who has requested meetings with you. |
| 5 | Scheduling | The week commencing 28 April, we will start to schedule your meetings based on the availability of all participants. Our aim is to ensure that everyone has the maximum number of meetings over the course of the event. Your preliminary schedule will be posted in your personal account. |
| 6 | Your Personal Agenda | You will receive a print-out of your personal agenda when you arrive at the event. |
If you have any questions concerning profiling or partnering, please contact the partnering administrator: partnering@erbi.co.uk
