As well as showcasing the best of the best in our region, ERBI's BioPartnering Exchange brings together industry experts from major pharmaceutical companies, international investors and biotech entrepreneurs to discuss the issues concerning the sector.

• Over 630 delegates from 410 companies over 3 days
• Two thirds of commercial delegates came from biotech, pharma and finance organisations
• Delegates came from 16 countries
• Half of the delegates were from outside the ERBI region
• 12 Global pharmaceutical companies participated

Partnering highlights

• Largest UK-organised partnering meeting
• 3 out of 4 companies participated including 13 multinationals
• Almost 4000 meeting requests were made, up 54% from 2007

Bio-entrepreneur, Professor Sir Chris Evans OBE, to speak at the ERBI BioPartnering Exchange

24 April 2008Professor Sir Chris Evans will be joining the expert line-up at this year’s ERBI 10th Anniversary BioPartnering Exchange, May 7-9. Sir Christopher is regarded as one of Europe’s leading biotechnology entrepreneurs. He has a proven track record of establishing successful, high- quality science companies. Twenty of these have been taken public including Chiroscience, prior to merging with Celltech and then subsequent merger with UCB. He is also responsible for floating other leading UK companies such as Celsis, Ark Therapeutics, Vectura and Neuropharm plc. More...

ERBI announces a spectacular speaker line-up for its 10th Anniversary BioPartnering Exchange Conference

20 February 2008ERBI today announces an impressive speaker line-up for its annual conference to be held from May 7th - 9th 2008. The conference, celebrating the last decade of bio-entrepreneurship, will be held at the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, near Cambridge, UK.
