In 2008, our sponsors reached a record audience of 624 delegates from senior management level from pharma, biotech, licensing, VC and supplier audiences.

For 2009, we are please to offer a wide variety of promotional opportunities. Sponsoring Partnering at ERBI's BioPartnering Exchange provides you with comprehensive and intense promotion, starting well in advance of the event. The partnering facility is heavily promoted by ERBI, and is very well used by the majority of conference delegates, particularly the senior decision makers.

This is a targeted sponsorship package covering the popular Clusters Session held on Friday 12th June in The James Watson Room. Cluster presentations for 2008 came from companies operating in Spain, UK and Germany. A targeted package to a European audience.

Keynote Speaker Session Sponsorship

 

Day 1 & 2 only

Follow on from our eminent Keynote Speakers, Professor Sir Chris Evans and Professor Sydney Brenner, we will be finalising our 2009 Keynote speakers shortly. This sponsorship allows you to sponsor these exclusive sessions in the main auditorium and gain maximum exposure to conference delegates purely as these sessions fill the 350 seats with ease!

Drinks Reception Sponsorship

The reception is held on Day 2 of the conference when we are in full swing and it takes place in the orchard as it is always sunny for ERBI BioPartnering! (If for some bizarre reason it rains in 2009, we can adjorn to the James Watson Room.) The Drinks Reception last year was attended by over 70 delegates and finally drew to a close at 7:30pm! The relaxed way to sponsor and network!

We put together an online delegate survey for the first time in 2008 - we were delighted with the response. Not only does it help us to bring delegates a better conference, but offers you a perfect way to have a sponsorship presence.

Icecream Van Sponsorship

A bit of fun and flippery! But as over 400 icecreams were eaten over the three days last year, a tasty way to promote your company's involvement with ERBI's BioPartnering Exchange.

 

Literature Table

We encourage companies to bring along promotional literature throughout the conference and have an area allocated in the main foyer prior to entering the auditorium where delegates can pick up materials of interest. Often companies offer discount or special offers to delegates and this will be where to find them. A busy place!

 

Main Dinner Sponsorship

Casino tables, caricaturists, magicians, music, scrummy food and the odd bottle of beer.... This year, we have divided the sponsorship of the dinner into bite sized pieces!

ERBI Promotional Opportunities

From conference book advertisements to bag inserts, this might suit you if you are not looking for a full sponsorship package.

Although ERBI BioPartnering is not intended to be an exhibition, we do have limited spaces available for Table Top and Poster displays.
